I am pleased to be able to share with you my experiences in home renovation. My husband and I moved to Toronto a few months ago. We were fortunate to find a place that suited our needs. It had great potential but needed to be gutted and completely remodelled. Everything – kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls, even the screens on the windows – had to be fixed or changed.

There are several reasons why Avi stands out, head and shoulders above other renovation experts. He has an amazing eye for detail and decor as well as a thorough knowledge of what the possibilities are. We took every suggestion he made and had him implement it. He really, really cares about his clients. Several months after the renovation was complete, I had a problem with a piece of furniture. This was totally unrelated to any work he had done for us, but I didn’t know who to turn to and thought Avi might just give us the name of a good furniture repairman. Avi came and took care of it himself. Unlike so many businessmen, Avi gives of himself. He was always sensitive to our needs and exceptionally considerate. He always cleaned up after a day’s work. He accompanied us to flooring places, lighting stores, furniture factories, tile factories, etc., to advise us every step of the way and to get us the best prices.

As I sit here, typing this letter, I look around my beautiful home and I am filled with gratitude to Avi for making it so. Avi is a pleasure to work with.
