Hi Avi,

While we are waiting for our appliances to arrive, we contacted Avi to do a gas installation for our gas stove. However, the appliance store keeps delaying its delivery several times but Avi was very patiently waiting to help us as soon as it arrives.
The delay is a big deal for us since we just arrived in our new home and we have to eat out every day for a week because we do not have a stove to cook our food. The stove arrived on a Friday afternoon, yet Avi found a contractor to help us install it so we can have food on our table for the weekend.
We really appreciate what he did for us especially that it is the first time we met him and yet he showed that he cares.
His fees are also reasonable.
His sub-contractors are also really good; they do not leave until they know that it is perfectly working.
Like when we asked him for assistance to install our dishwasher, before they left, they made sure that the water passes through without any problem – he even gives us a warranty for a year.

In April 2025 I woke up realizing that my basement was flooded - a big time flooded.
I remember that awful feeling when I was basically walking on the water covering my basement floor.
